Coulsdon Colts Football Club has been established since 1979
and aims to promote and create a safe environment for youth
football for boys and girls.
The club trys to instill a sense
of team spirit and fair play while encouraging the players to
have fun.
We are proud to hold the FA Chartered Standard. This
is an award issued to clubs who have achieved recognized standards
in Coaching, Club Management, Facilities and Youth Development.
With 25 years under our belt and the start of another 25 years looming Old Coulsdon Colts are looking to expand still further. We now have 7 teams competing on Mini Soccer and 6 more at Junior level.
We are looking to develop our ground further with a planned extension to the changing rooms to develop a permenant brick built club house
We have an excellent youth development policy taking in young footballers from around 5 years of age upwards.
THE FUTURE
The future prosperity of the club is in your hands!
The club is run for the players….your children.
However the majority of the work is still completed by a handful of mentions.
Giving a disproportionate amount of time to ensure the club functions, organizing social events, giving up time to paint and decorate, coach and manage teams, meetings, special events, teas and coffees on match days,… the list is endless………
The club (and so your children) would benefit if people could give a small amount of time to further develop and support the running of these activities.
It also enables you to meet other members, so developing the social side of the club.
You don’t need to be an expert but many hands make light work!
